What is it?
A program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by Certified Personal Trainers.
John Piacentino, the developer of the butt kickin, result producing program has over 23 years experience as a personal trainer. He currently trains over 69 clients per week in their homes or at a local facility. He is certified with NASM, Freestyle (a specialty certification in female fitness), Moms In Motion (specialty certification in training pre-natal/post partum females), a functional training and female fitness expert as well as a certified fitness nutritionist. He is also the developer of the famous 6-Week Weight Management Nutrition program.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This program was developed by fitness expert John Piacentino.
I specialize in fat loss and firming & toning techniques using functional equipment such as Bosu, wobble boards, superbands, 2-way tubing, body blades, medicine balls, stability balls and many more tools. I will help you get in the best shape of your life by training your body the way it was meant to move. The best part is, we make workouts fun and exciting each time! My clients actually look forward to coming in because they never know what to expect. They are smiling and laughing the entire session. I hope by now you know how to count to 12, so I don’t do that, actually, most of the time I don’t even count reps. I use a stop watch and do exercises by time so don’t expect to be sitting at a machine doing boring, non-interactive exercises. You will be constantly interacting with me the entire training session and I will by your side.

What about if there's bad weather?
I have an indoor location that I use and we would just move the Boot Camp session indoors if there is bad weather the day of the session. This location will be given once you register.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.for women and 10-12 pounds for men), water bottle, running shoes, and a smile! You can purchase hand weights at any Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running shoes at Haddonfield Running Company or Fleet Feet in Marlton Crossings Shopping Plaze in Marlton (behind Champps)
